“I’M YOURS!”Claire Removes Mask – Kyle’s Heart Stops – Claire True Identity, Holden Is STUNNED!
Hello everyone and welcome to my Y&R CBS Update 24 Channel.
Kyle panics as Clare removes her mask. Three words to Holden shock everyone.
CBS Y&R spoilers — Kyle Abbott leaned against the grand staircase, swirling a glass of champagne. He had been nervous all night. Ever since whispers started circulating about Clare, something about her seemed off. Her behavior, her secrets, and the way she lingered near Holden. There was something he couldn’t put his finger on.
“Kyle,” his sister Summer asked, joining him. “You look tense. What’s going on?”
Kyle forced a smile. “I—I don’t know. I just have a bad feeling about tonight. Clare. Something’s wrong. I can feel it.”
Summer frowned. “She’s just mysterious, that’s all. Maybe it’s her charm.”
Kyle shook his head. “No, it’s more than that. I don’t know why, but I think whatever she’s hiding, it’s going to explode tonight.”
Meanwhile, in a shadowed corner of the room, Holden Barrett watched Clare with a mix of protectiveness and apprehension. He had been trying to shield her for weeks, keeping secrets that could destroy not just Clare, but the entire Newman family if revealed.
“Clare,” he whispered under his breath. “Please don’t do anything rash tonight.”
She glanced at him, her eyes full of a storm he couldn’t read. “Holden, it has to happen tonight. I can’t hide anymore.”
Holden swallowed hard. “Once you do this, there’s no turning back.”
The mask ball continued, laughter and music filling the air, but all attention seemed drawn toward Clare as she moved to the center of the ballroom. Guests whispered behind their hands, curious and intrigued.
Kyle’s unease grew. He noticed her gloved hands tremble slightly and the way her eyes scanned the crowd — not for fun but for recognition.
“Kyle,” Summer whispered, sensing his anxiety. “Stop staring. You’re acting paranoid.”
Kyle ignored her, his gaze locked on Clare. “Something’s coming. I can feel it. She’s going to reveal everything.”
Clare paused, taking a deep breath. The room grew silent as if the walls themselves held their collective breath. She raised her hands slowly, lifting the black lace mask from her face.
Gasps echoed through the ballroom. Cameras flashed. Even the chandelier seemed to flicker as tension crackled like electricity.
Kyle stumbled back, his hand flying to his mouth in disbelief. “No, it can’t be.”
Clare’s voice rang out clear, confident, yet tinged with anguish. “I am Clare Newman Barrett.”
The words hit the room like a thunderclap. Three simple words, but their impact was devastating.
Kyle’s knees buckled and he gripped the banister for support. “She’s a Newman,” he whispered, horror-stricken.
Holden froze, his hands shaking. He had known this day might come, but hearing her admit it aloud — it was worse than he imagined.
Victor Newman, who had been standing at the edge of the ballroom, his glass of scotch forgotten in his hand, narrowed his eyes. “Holden, what did you do?”
Nikki gasped, clutching Victor’s arm. “Is this real?”
Clare raised her head, her blue eyes shining with both defiance and vulnerability. “Yes, I am the daughter you lost. The daughter Holden has been protecting.”
The room erupted into chaos. Gasps, whispers, and exclamations filled the space as the truth sank in.
Kyle staggered back, his mind spinning. “All this time she was lying. All this time.”
Summer stepped forward, reaching for Kyle.
“Kyle,” she breathed, “this isn’t what it seems.”
Kyle shook his head violently. “No, Summer. No. Holden lied. Clare lied. Everyone lied. This… this changes everything.”
Holden stood frozen, staring at Clare. His chest ached with guilt and fear. He had carried this secret for years, believing he was protecting her. And now the truth was out.
“Clare, you didn’t have to do this here,” he said, voice trembling.
She turned to him, unwavering. “Holden, I had to. I can’t hide anymore. They deserve to know the truth. And I… I need to be free.”
Holden’s hands dropped to his sides, shaking. “Free? Clare, do you know what you’ve done? Victor — the Newmans — tell everyone, they’re going to react, and they won’t be kind.”
Clare’s expression softened. “I’m ready for that. I can’t live in fear any longer. I am who I am, and nothing can change that.”
Victor stepped forward, his voice booming across the room. “Holden, explain this. Now.”
Holden swallowed hard, finally finding his voice. “Victor, she’s my daughter. I’ve been protecting her from the truth, from herself, from all of this. It wasn’t supposed to come out like this.”
Victor’s eyes blazed. “Protecting her or protecting yourself?”
Kyle stumbled toward the center of the ballroom, the shock consuming him. “Holden, you’ve been lying to all of us. Clare — my God — what else is a lie?”
Summer grabbed his arm. “Kyle, calm down. You don’t know the whole story.”
Kyle shook her off, panic rising in his voice. “I can’t believe this. She’s a Newman and no one told me. After everything I’ve been through with this family—”
Clare approached him gently. “Kyle, I know this is a lot, but you have to understand. I didn’t choose this. Holden didn’t choose this. The truth… it’s bigger than any of us.”
Kyle’s voice cracked. “It’s too big. Too much. I can’t. I need air.”
He bolted toward the balcony, leaving the stunned guests and an increasingly anxious Holden behind.
Back inside, chaos reigned. Guests whispered in clusters — some in shock, some in awe.
Victoria Newman approached Clare, tears in her eyes. “Clare, is this really you?”
Clare nodded. “Yes. I know it’s a lot. I just… I needed to tell everyone.”
Victoria pulled her into a tight embrace. “You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to see this day. But Holden — you’ve kept her hidden. For what? Fear?”
Holden nodded, looking contrite. “I did what I thought was right. I thought I could protect her, but I see now… I only delayed the inevitable.”
Nikki moved closer to Holden. “The Newman family will need time. A lot of time. But honesty — this is the first step.”
Victor, however, remained silent, his stare locked on Holden. There was anger there, but also calculation.
Kyle returned from the balcony, his face pale but resolute. He approached Clare cautiously, still processing the revelation.
“Clare, I don’t know what to say. Everything I thought I knew — it’s gone.”
Clare reached for him. “Kyle, I don’t expect you to understand immediately, but please don’t hate me. I didn’t lie to hurt anyone. I lied to survive.”
Kyle shook his head. “Survive? Clare, this changes everything. My trust. Everything we thought we had. I don’t know if it can come back.”
Holden stepped forward. “Kyle, she’s my daughter. That’s the truth. And she’s no threat to anyone, I swear it.”
Kyle’s hands clenched into fists. “You say that now, but how can anyone trust the words of someone who’s been lying for years?”
Clare took a deep breath, looking around the room at the faces of friends, family, and Holden. “I know I have to face the consequences. I know it won’t be easy. But I am done hiding. No more masks. No more secrets.”
She turned to Holden. “I hope one day you can forgive me for removing the mask so publicly, but I had to do it.”
Holden’s eyes glistened with tears. “Clare, I’m proud of you — but I’m terrified for what comes next.”
The ballroom was silent, the weight of her revelation settling over everyone.
As the camera panned over the stunned faces of Kyle, Holden, Victor, and the Newman family, a shadowy figure lingered in the corner watching Clare.
“So, the mask is off,” the figure whispered under their breath. “Now everyone will know — and nothing will ever be the same.”
The screen faded to black, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats.
Young and the Restless Shocker: Victoria uncovers Clare and Holden’s dark secret in the basement.
The Newman mansion was quiet — too quiet for a Saturday night. Outside, a storm raged over Genoa City, wind howling through the trees and rain hammering against the windows. Inside, the grandeur of the mansion was dimly lit by a few strategically placed lamps, their glow barely cutting through the darkness.
Victoria Newman paced the hallway, her heels clicking against the polished floor. She had come to the mansion looking for Holden Barrett, determined to confront him about the growing rumors surrounding Clare Grace. Something about the two of them had always felt off, and Victoria had an instinct that had never failed her.
“Where are they hiding?” Victoria muttered under her breath. “I know they’re up to something, and I intend to find out what it is.”
Earlier that evening, Victoria had overheard whispered conversations — muffled but unmistakably urgent — coming from the basement. The storm outside masked any sounds of movement, but the words were clear enough. Clare’s voice, pleading, and Holden’s stern tones, trying to calm her.
Victoria pressed herself against the wall at the top of the basement stairs, listening intently.
“No, Holden, you promised,” Clare’s voice trembled. “I can’t do this.”
“It’s too much, Clare. It’s the only way,” Holden’s voice growled low and dangerous. “You agreed. No one can ever find out what we’ve done. Not now, not ever.”
Victoria’s pulse quickened. What the hell are they hiding?
She crept toward the basement door, the old wood creaking under her fingers as she slowly turned the knob. Her heart pounded in her chest. Something told her that opening that door would change everything.
Victoria descended the basement stairs cautiously, her eyes adjusting to the dim light. The room smelled of damp wood and something metallic — something that immediately made her stomach twist.
She followed the soft light that came from the far corner of the basement and froze. There they were — Clare and Holden stood over a large covered object. A sheet draped it completely, but the shape beneath suggested…
Victoria couldn’t believe what she was seeing. “Holden, what—” she whispered, her voice catching in her throat.
The two froze, turning sharply toward her. Holden’s face went pale, his jaw tightening, while Clare’s eyes widened in horror.
“Victoria,” Holden exclaimed, stepping in front of Clare. “You shouldn’t be here.”
“I could ask the same thing,” Victoria snapped, anger and fear mixing in her voice. “What is that? What are you hiding?”
Holden hesitated, his hand shaking slightly. Clare’s lips quivered as she tried to speak. “It… it’s not what it looks like,” Clare stammered.
Victoria’s eyes narrowed. “Not what it looks like? Holden. Clare. Enough games. I need the truth. Now.”
With a sigh that carried the weight of guilt and fear, Holden slowly pulled back the sheet.
Victoria’s breath caught in her throat. Beneath it was a small high-tech safe — open and empty — but the evidence around it told a far darker story.
Scattered across the floor were documents, USB drives, photographs, and medical records. The truth hit Victoria like a punch to the gut.
Holden and Clare had been hiding evidence of a serious crime — a manipulation of genetic records at Newman Enterprises, potentially dangerous to several lives.
“This… this is criminal,” Victoria whispered, stepping closer. “You could destroy lives. For what? Money? Power?”
Holden swallowed hard. “Victoria, we had no choice. We were protecting Clare.”
“Protecting her? From what? From whom?” Victoria demanded.
“By you,” Clare’s eyes filled with tears. “It’s not what it seems. We were trying to save someone. I swear. But Holden — he — he made the choices I couldn’t.”
Victoria’s hands trembled. “Choices? You call this choices?”
Holden stepped forward, his expression desperate. “Victoria, please. If anyone finds out about this, it would ruin everything. Clare’s life, our lives.”
Victoria shook her head violently. “No. I’ve protected you both long enough. I don’t care if you were trying to protect Clare — secrets like this can’t stay hidden. What you’ve done… it’s unforgivable.”
Clare stepped forward, her voice quivering. “Victoria, please. I didn’t mean for this to happen. Holden said it was the only way to keep me safe.”
Victoria’s anger flared. “Safe? By hiding evidence? By manipulating DNA records? By lying to everyone we care about?”
Holden’s voice grew desperate. “You don’t understand. If anyone knew the truth, it would destroy the Newman family.”
Victoria’s face hardened. “You’ve been hiding from the truth for too long. The real question is, what else are you hiding?”
Just as Victoria demanded answers, the basement door slammed open.
Kyle Abbott stormed down the stairs, his expression a mix of panic and fury. “What’s going on here?” he demanded. “I heard shouting. I followed Victoria. And what is all this?”
Clare flinched. “Kyle, you shouldn’t be here.”
Kyle’s eyes darted between the scattered evidence and the two people in front of him. “Holden. Clare. I trusted you. And this — this is what I find? You’re playing God with people’s lives!”
Holden held his hands up. “Kyle, I can explain.”
“Explain?” Kyle shouted, his voice echoing off the basement walls. “Explain manipulating genetic records? Explain putting lives in danger? Explain lying to everyone?”
Clare sobbed, stepping forward. “Kyle, I didn’t want you to find out this way. I wanted to tell you, but I was scared.”
Kyle shook his head. “Scared? You should be terrified. You have no idea what kind of damage this could cause.”
Victoria turned to Holden, her eyes blazing. “You promised me you’d protect Clare. But this — this is madness. I trusted you, Holden. And you — you’ve dragged her into something far worse than she can handle.”
Holden swallowed, guilt etched into every line of his face. “I thought I was doing the right thing. I never wanted anyone to get hurt.”
Victoria’s voice dropped to a chilling whisper. “Well, someone is going to pay for this — and it might be more than you can imagine.”
Clare collapsed into a chair, tears streaming down her face. “Victoria, please. I’m sorry. I never wanted this. I just… I wanted to be safe.”
Victoria’s eyes softened slightly, but the steel in her voice remained. “You will have to answer for this, Clare. And Holden — I don’t know if I can forgive you for this.”
Thunder rattled against the windows as the storm outside intensified. Lightning illuminated the basement, casting shadows that danced across the walls and the evidence on the floor.
Kyle stepped closer, his hands clenched. “We need to call the authorities. This can’t stay hidden any longer. Everyone deserves to know the truth.”
Holden’s face went pale. “No, please. If this gets out — Clare, her life — it’s over.”
Victoria shook her head. “Holden, enough. Secrets like this always come out. You can’t hide from the truth forever.”
Clare buried her face in her hands, sobbing. “I just wanted to be normal. I just wanted safety.”
Victoria stepped toward her, placing a hand on her shoulder. “Safety comes with honesty, Clare, not lies.”
Suddenly, the basement door creaked open again, revealing a shadowy figure at the top of the stairs.
“So, the truth is finally out,” the voice drawled low and dangerous. “And now everyone will pay for what Holden and Clare tried to hide.”
Kyle, Victoria, Holden, and Clare all turned toward the figure, their faces a mix of shock and fear.
“Who—who are you?” Victoria demanded, her voice trembling.
The figure stepped into the light, revealing a familiar face that made hearts stop and stomachs drop.
“You should have never dug this deep,” the figure whispered. “Now Genoa City will see the real consequences of your secrets.”
Lightning flashed, illuminating the terrified expressions of the four in the basement.
The screen faded to black.
