1 Dead and 1 Injured in The Basement! Police Call Nick After Finding! MATT ARRESTED! Y&R
🚨 THE DISCOVERY AT THE FARMHOUSE
[Cue tense strings and police chatter]
A farmer reported screams echoing from the old property.
Officers entered cautiously — flashlights cutting through the dark.
Then came the horror:
one man dead, one barely breathing, chained to a steel beam.
The smell of blood, the evidence of torture, and a name whispered through the static of a police radio:
Matt Clark.
Within hours, the suspect was in custody.
Bruised. Calm. Smirking.
As if the chaos around him was all part of his plan.
📞 THE CALL THAT SHATTERED NICK NEWMAN
[Music shifts – heartbeat sound under narration]
At Society, Nick Newman was locking up when his phone buzzed.
“Detective Hayes, Genoa City PD. Mr. Newman… it’s about your son.”
Those words froze him.
Two victims.
One dead.
One barely alive.
And that survivor — they believed it was Noah.
Nick’s world tilted. He was already sprinting before the call even ended.
At the hospital, he arrived just in time to see Noah wheeled through the ER doors — bloodied, broken, unrecognizable.
Sharon arrived seconds later.
They clung to each other, terrified, as doctors fought to save their boy.
🔒 THE INTERROGATION — MATT’S SINISTER CALM
[Low hum, interrogation-room ambience]
Detective Hayes faced Matt Clark across a metal table.
Crime scene photos hit the surface.
One dead, one fighting to live.
Matt just smiled.
“You’re looking at the wrong criminal,” he said softly. “I’m not the killer… I’m the cleanup man.”
Hayes slammed the table. “Then who is?”
Matt leaned forward.
“A Newman.”
The detective froze.
⚡ NICK’S FURY
[Music swells – angry strings]
Nick burst through the door before anyone could stop him.
He grabbed Matt, slamming him into the wall.
“What did you do to my son?!”
Matt only laughed. “You should be thanking me. I saved him from the real monster.”
Nick’s rage was volcanic — but then Matt said something that chilled him to the bone:
“You think Noah was kidnapped? No. He heard something — something he was never meant to know.”
“What truth?” Nick demanded.
Matt’s voice dropped to a whisper.
“A truth that could ruin the Newmans forever.”
đź’€ THE SECOND VICTIM
[Ambience changes – hospital monitor beeps faintly]
At Memorial Hospital, doctors worked frantically over the other man from the basement — older, strong, but nearly dead.
When a nurse wiped blood from his face, she gasped.
“This man… this is Cole Howard!”
Nick was stunned when the police confirmed it.
Cole — alive, and now entangled in this nightmare.
But according to Matt, Cole was the one who’d attacked Noah.
Could it be true? Or was Matt spinning one last web of lies?
🩸 WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN THAT BASEMENT
[Flashback sound effect – echo of dripping water]
Noah, chained and terrified.
Cole, barely conscious.
And Matt, standing over them both.
Matt’s voice echoed: “You shouldn’t have listened at the door, Noah. What you heard will destroy your family.”
Noah spat blood. “You’re insane.”
Matt smirked. “No, just ready for the truth to finally come out.”
💥 NICK AND VICTOR’S RESCUE — THE NIGHT OF PANIC
[Music ramps up – pounding drums, headlights flash sound]
Nick and Victor tracked Noah’s last call to a warehouse outside Genoa City.
They arrived in silence, armed with nothing but fury.
Then — a sound.
A voice, faint and desperate from below.
“Help me, Daddy!”
Nick kicked the door open.
He and Victor charged down the stairs — and there, in the corner, they found Noah chained, beaten, but alive.
Nick dropped to his knees, breaking the chains with his bare hands.
“I’ve got you, son. You’re safe.”
⚖️ VICTOR’S JUDGMENT — THE FINAL SHOWDOWN
[Cue ominous orchestral theme]
Upstairs, Matt was caught.
Phyllis sat trembling on the couch — guilt written all over her face.
Victor’s voice was ice.
“You allied yourself with Matt Clark. Why?”
Matt grinned. “Because the truth is bigger than any of you.
Cole, Noah, me — we were just the start.”
Phyllis broke. “I didn’t want this! I never meant for Noah to get hurt!”
Victor stared her down.
“You never mean to, Phyllis. But you always do.”
Then to his men:
“Take Matt to the police. And get her out of my sight.”
🏥 HOSPITAL VIGIL — A FATHER’S PROMISE
[Soft piano returns, echoing sadness]
Later, at Memorial, Noah lay sleeping, pale but stable.
Nick sat at his bedside, hand gripping his son’s.
“I’ll always find you, Noah,” he whispered. “I’m your father. And no one—no one—hurts this family again.”
But as he looked out into the night, Matt’s words echoed in his mind:
“If Cole wakes up… everything changes.”
🎵 [OUTRO – slow theme fades under voiceover]
In Genoa City, dawn never comes without shadows.
One man dead, another in a coma, and a secret buried deep beneath the Newman name.
What did Noah overhear?
What truth was worth killing for?
Stay tuned — because when Cole opens his eyes,
The Newmans’ darkest chapter… begins.
