starring alongside Sal Mineo.
That breakout role paved the way for her future success.

In 1960, Denise made her soap debut as Lois Adams on CBS’s short-lived The Clear Horizon.

Then in 1966, she landed her breakout role as Susan on Days of Our Lives
a performance that made her a daytime sensation.

By 1973, General Hospital made a groundbreaking offer to bring her to Port Charles—
including an unprecedented salary and perks.
She accepted, and history was made.

On GH, she portrayed Dr. Leslie Williams,
