Elsewhere, Cane (Billy Flynn) surprised Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) with an unexpected move that validated her ambitions at a moment when she felt increasingly sidelined and underestimated. The surprise strengthened their alliance and emboldened Phyllis to push back harder against Victor.
